yesterday was noah's birthday.... and austin's, nick's, asami's, and a lot of other friends..... a popular day to be born. i would prefer that there were more space between mia & noah's birthdays (the 15th & the 17th), but i'm grateful that he wasn't born on her birthday. strangely, brock & his brother share birthdays on the 15th & 17th in december, and two of my sister's boys share those same days in june. 
last year on noah's birthday, i boarded the airplane with natasha, mia, & noah, (and gracie in my tummy) and left japan (brock & lexi followed 3 1/2 weeks later). we celebrated his birthday that morning in japan before we left, and again with my parents when we arrived here. that was a long birthday, stretching for for at least 42 hours, thanks to time zones.
this little 4 year old had a hard time with his photo shoot... "it's taking too long!", but we got some cute ones.
