What a wonderful blog!! I also love to can ~ provident living & being a wise steward over that which God has blessed us with is one of my motivating factors, for sure. This year I seem to be inundated with pears & peachcots, so that has been where a lot of my canning has gone to. I love the variety of goodies you have done up ~ do you have the recipe for the pickled beets? Our beets did so well this year, & I wanted to can them up for this winter. (Who can resist a fresh, home-canned picked beet?!)
Anyway, just wanted to congratulate you on all of your hard work ~ Brava, Sister, Brava!
